Refund and cancellation policy

ShipJasoos is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and results are available online as soon as an audit finishes.
Free audit
Your first audit is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Per-invoice audits (₹99)
- If you were charged but the audit failed to run or produced no result because of a fault on our side, we will re-run it or refund the ₹99.
- If you were charged twice for the same audit, we refund the duplicate.
- Once an audit has run and its results have been shown, it is not refundable, including when it finds few or no issues.
Monthly plan (₹849)
- You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If you ask within 7 days of paying and have not run any paid audits in that period, we will refund the month in full.
- Otherwise, a started month is not refunded.
How to request a refund
Email thakurecommercepvtltd@gmail.com from your account email with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach your account in 5 to 7 business days.
