These terms govern your use of ShipJasoos at shipjasoos.com and app.shipjasoos.com (the “Service”), operated by Thakur Ecommerce (“we”, “us”). By signing in or paying you agree to them.
The Service
ShipJasoos compares courier freight invoices and COD remittance files you upload with your orders, and lists possible overcharges and unpaid COD. Findings are based on the files you provide. We do not raise disputes with couriers for you and we do not guarantee that any amount will be recovered.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address using a one-time link. You are responsible for activity on your account and for uploading only files you are entitled to use.
Pricing and payment
- Your first invoice audit is free.
- After that: ₹99 per invoice audit (GST included), or ₹849 per month (GST included) for unlimited audits.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- The monthly plan is a paid period of one month. It does not renew automatically unless the checkout says so.
Prices may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful content, and no sharing of one paid account between unrelated businesses.
Your data
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of the files you upload.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or unrecovered courier charges.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location given on our contact page.
